Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026: 1,100 Posts, Apply Online

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released a new recruitment notification for 1,100 regular posts under Wealth Management Services and Corporate & Institutional Credit departments. The recruitment includes 1,000 Wealth Executive posts and 100 Credit Analyst – C&IC posts.

The official advertisement, BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17, was issued on 04 September 2026. The online application process will remain open from 04 September to 24 September 2026. Candidates should note that both posts have different qualification and experience requirements.

Educational Qualification

1. Wealth Executive – 1,000 Posts

Candidates must have:

➡️ Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

➡️ Along with any one of the required certifications such as NISM / Insurance (IC-38) certification.

➡️ Candidates should also have the required work experience in wealth-product sales.

2. Credit Analyst – C&IC – 100 Posts

Candidates must have:

➡️ Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

➡️ CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is required.

➡️ Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank is required.

Probation

➡️ Probation Period: 1 year of active service from the date of joining.Service Bond

➡️ JMG/S-I: Minimum 3 years’ service or payment of three months’ gross salary, subject to a maximum of ₹2 lakh.

➡️ MMG/S-II: Minimum 3 years’ service or payment of three months’ gross salary, subject to a maximum of ₹3 lakh.

Selection Process

The role mainly involves:

➡️ Acquiring and managing affluent/HNI/UHNI customers

➡️ Wealth product sales and portfolio development

➡️ Mutual funds and SIP business

➡️ Life and health insurance business

➡️ Increasing customer relationships and wealth-product penetration

➡️ Promoting digital wealth services

➡️ Maintaining KYC, AML and other regulatory compliance

2.Credit Analyst – C&IC

The main responsibilities include:

➡️ Credit appraisal of corporate customers

➡️ Assessing new corporate customers

➡️ Supporting Relationship Managers

➡️ Maintaining corporate accounts

➡️ Monitoring accounts and compliance

➡️ Supporting corporate business development

➡️ Handling audit and inspection activities
