Important points:-

→ 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 is required.

→ The degree must be completed within the prescribed normal duration.

→ Allied branches will be accepted only if specifically permitted by the official ISRO notification/FAQ.

→ Candidates should not convert CGPA into percentage on their own to meet the eligibility requirement.

Candidates are shortlisted for interview based on their written-test performance. ISRO will generally shortlist candidates in a 1:5 ratio, with at least 10 candidates considered for the interview stage.

Marking Scheme

→ Part A: +1 for correct, -1/3 for wrong, 0 for unanswered.

Final Merit:-

Written Test – 50% + Interview – 50%

→ UR: Minimum 50% in Written Test, 50% in Interview and 60% overall.

→ PwBD (Reserved Post): 40% in each stage and 50% overall.

Tie-Breaking Rules

If two candidates have the same final merit, ISRO will apply the following criteria one after another:

Higher marks in the essential qualification

.Older candidate gets preference based on date of birth
